Experience and Conclusion

When I was starting to build this kind of project, many ideas came from my mind, one of this is how to design a MOBOT. When I was thinking about this, I want to build a MOBOT design that is more presentable to the others and to let them know that I am an evil genius. But when I was starting to build it, it’s more complicated than I thought and it’s not working. I’m at the point of giving up and to lose hope. But suddenly, I come up with a brilliant ideas. So, I design a new one. Designing a new one thought would help a lot but somehow it gradually feels me worried and impossible. It exist more problems and problems again and again and again. To find out what’s the reason behind is to find the roots of the problem. I searched all over again and then I figured it out that the problem is the circuit because it’s not fit on the RC. Fortunately in order to fix the problem I found solutions, I used a strategy that is to invert the circuit so that it can fit inside. So I put the circuit at the inside at top of the RC. After finishing that stressful task, I start testing and troubleshooting the MOBOT if it has a problem. Then, suddenly when I was checking the transistor and slowly put my finger on it, the transistor was so hot. So, I ask my classmate if it is okay. Then they told me it is okay. After that very long testing, I had another problem because the 4 batteries burn out and had a smoke. The cause of this smoke is the lead that I accidentally short on the other battery. I was so nervous and started to cry because it was so expensive.

Therefore, by constructing this extravagant project (we called MOBOT – the line follower) I conclude that batteries should be in the right track so that it cannot explode. Then uploading program in the PIC16F877A and use it in the circuit of the MOBOT – the line follower, the MOBOT (line follower) will follow the black line and if the MOBOT is drifting turning left or right, the speed of the back motor will decrease and if it straight the back motor will burst up.
